We are aware of an issue some vizCard users are experiencing when using Internet Explorer 9 or Internet Explorer 10 to create or edit their accounts. When using IE 9/10, you may not be able to save changes to your vizCard. You can sign into your account and review your details, but you will not be able to save any changes.
To resolve the issue, just clear your cache in Internet Explorer. Click here for instructions.
